Those with serious medical conditions or who depend on life supporting electrical equipment can join NIE’s Critical Care Register to receive priority and the most up to date information during a power cut or planned interruption. Phoenix Supply

Phoenix have set up a scheme for customers who are 60 years of age or over, disabled (including those who are deaf or blind) or chronically sick. The additional services available include: a free annual gas safety check, provision of special controls/adaptors and information provided in alternative formats i.e. Braille. Firmus Energy

Firmus offer special controls and adaptors for appliances if you have a disability and find it difficult to use an electrical appliance.
