Salary: £25,951 to £33,437
The Quality Improvement Team will lead the strategic approach and delivery of the Housing Executive’s Asset Management, in relation to Technical Research, Innovation and Sustainability. The team will direct and control all aspects of quality improvement to meet organisational needs and achieve business objectives.
Candidates should meet one of the following requirements:-
  • Graduate in Architecture/Building Surveying, or a relevant Building or Engineering related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant post qualification experience.
  • BTEC Higher Certificate/Diploma with 3 years’ relevant post qualification experience.
Exceptionally, candidates who do not meet the qualification requirement, but who can demonstrate 5 years’ relevant experience may also be considered.

Salary: £26,822 - £33,437
Job purpose:
Provision of an efficient and effective finance service consistent with meeting the Housing Executive's objectives.
Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications:-
  • the final examinations of AAT or IATI; or
  • the foundation papers of a CCAB body (or equivalent) or
  • a relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Accounting, Business Studies) or equivalent  qualification
