Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We understand the link between preventing homelessness and providing cross-tenure care. We offer support and advice to sustain tenancies for our customers.

For both tenancy breakdown and homelessness, prevention is better than cure. Having a secure and stable home is an essential cornerstone to a person’s life chances.

It impacts:

  • the ability to secure employment

  • children’s educational attainment

  • general health and wellbeing

This Strategy puts our customer at the centre of our service. It takes a holistic approach to delivering support and advice at the right time. We will make it available whenever customers may need it in their housing journey.
